Cycle packing/prep

On one of the days after the cycle I had always planned to go to Andechs, so on Sunday we met up with Alistair, a friend of Colin & Lizelle's, and we headed out on the train. We got to a train stop close by and did a pleasant walk to Andechs. Was super nice to walk through the forest and just take it easy. After a while we saw the Monastery appear on a hill.

We enjoyed the beer and just talking about all sorts of random stuff there. I had a fantastic piece of pork with some super tasty crackling. Yummy !!! Had quite a few beers so as you will see from the video I was a bit tipsy.

After spending the afternoon there and our late lunch we headed back towards a different train stop for our ride back to Munich. Was a really great day out in the sunshine.
